Mavis Tires and Brakes in Jacksonville, FL

On Monday (03/31), I ordered 4 new tires (including installation) through your websitetotaling $1,056.92. Since the system showed the tires were not currently in stock, I understood that same-day installation wasnt possible. However, it allowed me to book a next-day appointment (Tuesday 04/01 at 10:00 AM), which led me to believe the tires would be delivered overnight and ready by the time of the appointment.My wife arrived at the location on time for the scheduled service. She waited 30 minutes before her car was pulled into the service bay. After nearly another hour (a total of 50 more minutes), she was told the tires hadnt arrived yet and might not show up until around 3 PMapparently because the tire shuttle was running late. I was told that the shuttle usually arrives around 11 AM, but no one had confirmed the tire delivery ahead of time.Whats most frustrating about this experience:No one called, emailed, or texted to let us know the tires were not available before the appointment.Staff pulled the car in and had my wife wait nearly an hour before even realizing the tires werent there.When I called to follow up, the person I spoke with (Neff) took no responsibility and showed no urgencyhis response was simply, I didnt program the system, it usually works. No apology, no ownership, and no clear solution beyond suggesting we leave the car there and wait indefinitely.This level of service is unacceptableespecially for a $1,000+ purchase. There was zero proactive communication, no acknowledgment of the error, and my wife lost a significant portion of her day for nothing.If you plan to book service here, call ahead and confirm that your tires are actually on site. The scheduling system clearly does not reflect reality, and unfortunately, the staff didnt take any initiative to manage or communicate that gap.

Mavis is awesome got me in and out no problem and Elijah is super awesome and sweet made sure I was satisfied with experience. Keep being amazing boys !

I got a flat tire and had my spare put on my car. I called mavis and they made an appointment for me. I got there early and they were nice enough to take me immediately and give me a new tire. I was happy they were so fast and accommodating

Great group of guys answered all my questions!! Alan was so professional to great me ant the counter. Shane, Arnulfo, and Andrew work so hard! Arnulfo plugged my tire so fast and checked all my tires pressures! Great service fast and easy!
