NTB Tire & Service Centers in Fort Worth, TX

I had a flat tire as a Sunday morning surprise. Called NTB for a quote and they had tires for my Volkswagen in store. Replacement took a quick hour and they got me on the road again before Sunday lunch. Great team and professional honest advice!

Chris and the folks up there are always super accommodating and transparent. For example, my wife had her brakes and roters replaced a few weeks ago and they started acting hinky this weekend. I took it back up there and they looked to see what was up. When the found the issue, they took the time to take me into the bay to show me exactly what had happened. They fixed the issue for free and sent me on my way with a handshake and well wishes.Also, I can always trust that they're going to give me the best deal possible and not "find" any extraneous work to be done. That hasn't always been the case with this location.

Got a free rotation of some tires I bought there (good tires, good price). When checking my brakes months later I discovered they had put the lug nuts on backwards! Fortunately the nuts didnt work loose while I was driving. Unbelievable that someone working at a tire place would not know such a basic thing. Guess Ill be rotating the tires myself from now on theres no way Im taking my car back to that place.If you buy tires there (they do have good prices), make sure you check their work before they put the wheel covers on.
