Mavis Discount Tire in Brookhaven, PA

Went there with my husband to get windshield wipers for my husband's car and they had really great service will go back again in the near future.

Zach was very nice and explained to me in a way I could understand what was wrong with my car

The device is amazing and fast as well as management!

Nope, rather your desk help, she was to busy flirting with some random dude moseying around from another company doing some kind of work for/on the premises. That was more important than a return customer, you dont care about lost revenue though. But never the less, never again. Dont know what happen to the old people who worked here, that guy and crew where awesome.

I went to Mavis tires for a simple tire repair to stop my tire from leaking air after getting a nail stuck in it. First of all it cost nearly 50$ which I think is crazy, but I didnt mind too much because I was glad it was fixed. How wrong i was. 10 days later my tire was flat again, so I went back to Mavis Tires to see what was wrong. The tire was leaking out of the patch they had just repaired not even 2 weeks prior. I asked if they could repair this since they messed up. The mechanic told me since its leaking out of a spot that has already been patched, that they cannot re-patch it and that I will need a new tire. To this I requested a refund for the original tire repair bill of 50$ since they had messed it up, which they denied. I think this is crazy considering they are a tire repair shop and failed to repair my tire.

Today I came in as a walk in for a oil change. Ben and Zack took care of me and my vehicle in under 2 hrs. I sat and waited for my car. The staff kept me informed and suggested products but werent pushy. I will definitely return to this location for services in the future.

Super nice staff came in with no appt and got my oil change and they walked me out to show me my front brakes compared to my rears. Super honest and fair price! Thank you Diana
