Mavis Discount Tire in Chadds Ford, PA

Came in for an inspection quote. They told me it would be $1,800 in work and sent me off with no itemized receipt. They didnt give me my registration or insurance card back so I had to drive back and get that, thankfully I asked for an itemized copy of what work needed to be done because to my surprise another 1k was added to the total for labor. I thought that was apart of my original quote.. maybe Im crazy? I went to another shop to get a different opinion because i didnt think my brakes were that old and Im glad I did because the 2nd opinion reassured me by brakes and everything are a ok and ready to pass inspection. Ive been driving around not inspected because I thought I needed thousands of dollars to get this work done so thats awesome. Should have known I was being manipulated when the woman at the front told me about the credit card I could apply for was probably my only option. Sometimes bad credit comes in handy and thankfully I wasnt approved. Be honest and dont do this to broke people just trying to get by ?? I wont be returning obviously.

Stopped in earlier this afternoon and had my tire plugged on my Mitsubishi after i had the tire patched twice elsewhere. Both the technician that repaired my tire and the service writer were very nice, and if I ever need to go back for other tire related work, I definitely will

Bought new tires and installation was quick and I was out the door within an hour!! Great price and Christina was able to help with the selection of the tires for my car. Definitely will come back again!!

Would highly recommend going to Mavis Tire. The woman who helped me was efficient, polite, and kind when I brought my tire in after I had gotten in a crash. She had the tire inspected to ensure no damage was done and cleaned of all debris quickly and free of charge. It was so helpful and generous and Id go back in a heartbeat.
