I wanted to provide an update on my experience with Mavis Tire. I'm very particular with the oil I put in my vehicles. Mavis Tire has done maintenance work on my cars in the past and was happy to hear that they would charge me only for labor if I provided my preferred brand of motor oil for my vehicles. I took them up on it and brought my truck, a work van, into their shop today. I was very impressed with their work, especially with the mechanic, Dwayne, whose process was focused and methodical. He ensured that all the tires were properly pressurized during the tire rotation, as he was aware that the rear tires require more pressure than the front tires. He also reset the tire pressure monitors (TPM), which requires a training reprogram.Additionally, I also pointed out that I had hit a nail in my right front tire, which he professionally repaired and patched.The oil change was performed using the high-quality oil I had purchased for my vehicle, and they even returned the empty containers to me in the original box. The price for the service was an excellent value and saved me time. With the high-quality oil, I only have to do it once a year or every 25,000 miles, thus saving me a significant amount of money. Jeff and Ronnie, the managers, are fantastic and will go out of their way to ensure you are safely on your way. And mechanics like Dwayne, who will ensure that happens. Thank you very much, guys. I went there the day before to confirm my appointment on Saturday at 8:00 AM and met with Jeff, the manager. Jeff confirmed my appointment, and they even requested an additional service: installing the new TPMS valves I purchased for my vehicle. Jeff gladly stated he would install them for me at no charge since he was already going to remove the old tires. I was pleasantly surprised at this response and looked forward to the appointment that day.On Saturday at 8:00 AM, the technician immediately took my vehicle, and I spoke with Jeff and Ronnie, his assistant manager. Jeff was true to his word and had his team installed the TPMS and the tires I purchased. The technicians were conscientious and placed protective sheeting in the upholstery. It took me a chance to notice the dynamics of the entire team there, not just on Saturday but also Friday. I have to say I was very impressed with how the team was highly efficient, able to address all concerns, and communicated well with the customers and each other. When time permits between customer interaction and processing, the manager and assistant manager would jump in and assist the technicians on lower-level tasks.Jeff was a true leader and had impeccable social skills, which reflected upon his second in command, Ronnie, who was also very friendly and seriously intent on providing the best possible service for the customers. It was great to see the technicians interacting with each other and working together. I do not trust mechanics and have always been looking for someone or someplace to whom I can turn over some of my services. I feel safe to take my business to Mavis.How this service center operated and its dynamics is a guiding example of how others should operate. I'm hoping corporate would take notice of this store and commend these individuals from the top down to the technicians as I feel this type of service is highly necessary and, in my opinion, heroic as customers are putting their lives in their hands to ensure that they and their loved ones are traveling safely in their vehicle. I hope these members at Mavis at Delran realize how essential and valuable what they do is and the positive impact it has on the community. In turn, I hope to see the customers appreciate the due diligence and professionalism to serving the community, ensuring their customers travel safely. Well done guys! I will be taking my business there.
