Mavis Tires and Brakes in Everett, MA

I went here to get my tire patched up after running over a nail. Once they took a look at my tire they found out all 4 had tire rot! Since I only had 10,000 miles in the car they suggested I go to Subaru to get a new set. Im glad they did because now Im getting 4 new tires for free from Yokohama! They easily couldve taken my money and patched up my tire but they went above and beyond. :)

Incredible service, the manager is extremely helpful and hands on. He had me in and out in less then 15 min!!!! NO IM NOT KIDDING! he was able to take the screw out and fix my tire! Dont go anywhere else on revere beach parkway Mavis is where its at! THANK YOU!!!!!

I had a nail in my tire that caused a flat tire, and I was able to come in on a Sunday morning and Wayne was able to squeeze me in and have it fixed no problem! He also showed me the tread on all 4 tires, alerting me that they need to be replaced, but there wasnt any pressure to do it immediately, which I really appreciated. Great customer service.

First people I dealt with were super nice - but they left my maintenance light on. Came back to have it turned off 2 days later and was told that "the scan guy is out". So everyone who comes in to get an oil change will have to come back tomorrow also to have the light turned off? I think they were lying to me.
