Came in today for service the manger or who ever he was was Wesley !!! He was not welcoming talk down to me and my wife was not accommodating . He was rude he as me was this my first time there at HIS STORE ! Ill never go back there or any other Mavis

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered tires through Amazon and chose this Gulf Shores location for installation. Big mistake. When I picked up my vehicle, the tire pressure light was onone tire was at 15 psi. Thats not just lazy, its dangerous. I went back inside and asked them to check it, and they flat-out refused. They told me to just drive it around and the sensors would eventually register.I drove it home, checked it myself, and sure enough15 psi. While airing it up, I noticed a deep scratch on one rim. Then I inspected the others and found another wheel scratched from their install tools. I went back to report the damage, and they told me a manager would follow up. A week laternothing. I followed up again, and got the same empty promise.This place sent me off with dangerously underinflated tires, scratched two of my rims, and refused to own up to any of it. Completely careless and unprofessional. Now Im stuck looking for two replacement rims. Avoid this location at all costs.

Traveling to Gulf Shores from Illinois. Came in for a flat. Turns out it needed a new valve core. Quick service and no charge. Definitely recommend!

From Illinois traveling. Came in for a flat tire, ended up being a valve core, they quickly fixed it for nothing and we were on our way. Very friendly group of guys. Definitely recommend.
