Very nice service. Honest and on time.

Two stars is being a little generous, but for the most part the guys in the shop tried their best. Bottom line: If you have a high performance car, avoid this shop. Anything else might be okay.I called on Sunday about a nail in my Michelin Cup 2R tires for my Corvette. I knew finding a shop that would deal with these tires might be tough, so I used the Michelin website to find what I thought was a good Michelin shop. I called on Sunday and the guy that answered was super nice and said to make an appointment but patching this tire would be no problem and they deal with these types of wheels/tires all the time.I called back Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday at 10AM. It was a different guy that answered this time, but he was just as nice and assured me that they could handle it.I arrived for my appointment at 9:30. There were multiple cars in the shop but only one other person waiting. The guy at the front desk said they would be extra careful with the car and that it should only take 20-30 minutes.At 10:30 I asked if they were done. He responded that they hadn't even started yet. So I asked about my 10:00 appointment and he said they were still dealing with their 8AM appointments and that didn't matter. They finally took the car back at around 10:45.What happened after was a product of a shop that cannot deal with high end cars. They managed to get the wheel and tire off (after the first tire guy put his big greasy hand on the paint to help himself get up), patched the tire, and then spent the next three hours trying to get the tire back on using every shop trick in the book. They could not, and at 1:30 (three hours into this ordeal), they gave up.I called Hood Chevy and they said if I could get the partially mounted tire/wheel to them, they'd handle it. This is the only reason it's two stars instead of one, btw. The head mechanic was super nice and drove me and the wheel/tire to Hood. It was mounted in 15 minutes.We brought it back and they had me on the road by 2:30 - 5 hours after my initial arrival after they promised 20-30 minutes. Wasted most of the day and I'm not 100% sure the paint/clearcoat on the wheel isn't damaged.They promised to refund the cost of the repair (which, to their credit, was low... but I guess you get what you pay for), but as of this posting (two days later), they have not.Bottom line: Hood Chevy service department saved the day. This shop is not suitable for anything high performance. Their customer service (respect of time) is bad. Their pricing is decent. Not recommended.

Horrible, broke pieces of car then lied about it . If you want your money stolen and to be prayed upon then bring your car here

They fixed the issue, super sweet guys! Very very personable, and explained everything before having my car ready. They will have my business from here on out!! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road!

Lady in there 3 hours for a oil change that's pathetic i had an appointment for 1:30 2:15 truck still in the same spot no one touched it! I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to go here!

Spent over $200 for a tire, was not balanced when its stated they balance it. I dont have time to run back to complain and knowing they wont do anything or I will have to sit for a few hours just for them to complete. Wont be back.
