Dont use either of these locations in the area (Milford&Matamoras). They are managed by the same people. This establishment loves to cross thread your wheel studs and say youre good to go. Both locations, same problem. Its purely incompetence and lack of training. Save your money and mind and go with an independent shop.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago for a tire rotation and an oil change, expecting a smooth and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that.I get my tires rotated at your facility because I purchased them there, and its covered under the warranty. While I dont usually get oil changes done with you, I thought it would be convenient to have everything handled at once. I dropped my car off at 8 a.m. and waited several hours, only to receive a call at 1:30 p.m. from the mechanic claiming they couldnt find the locking lug nut to remove my tires. I immediately told them it was in my glove compartment and that its always kept there. The mechanic said hed call me back.Thirty minutes later, I was told they still couldnt find it and that my options were to pay $150 per hour for them to remove it with machinery or contact Nissan to get another lug nut. I insisted it was in the glove compartment but agreed to double-check myself. I also asked them to just go ahead with the oil change in the meantime.Then, two hours later, I received another call informing me that my car had a severe oil leak, that they couldnt identify the source, and that my dipstick was broken. This was shocking because my car had been at another facility for an entire month recently, and nothing like this was mentioned. I also get regular oil changes at another location, and no one has ever flagged an issue. Yet, suddenly, Im being told I have a severe oil leak within just 30 days? Fine, I said, just do the oil change.When I came to pick up my car, I noticed on the paperwork that your team also mentioned hearing a clicking sound but stated they dont specialize in engines and couldnt identify the cause. How can a facility offering these services not have the expertise to diagnose an oil leak or investigate a clicking noise? Furthermore, I had requested that a specific tire be checked for a slow leak. I was told the tire couldnt be removed, so they couldnt confirm if there was a nail, but they put air in it. However, when I checked the tire myself, it was clear no airI also expect an explanation as to why your team failed to thoroughly check my glove compartment, even after I specifically stated the locking lug nut was there. For a facility specializing in tires and related services, this level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. If I had agreed to the unnecessary $150/hour labor, it would have been entirely avoidable had someone simply looked properly. I keep my car very clean it was in the lug nut bag that literally had the name on it!Additionally, the dismissive attitude I encountered when raising my concerns only added to my frustration. As a customer, I should not feel as though Im being rushed off the phone or blamed for being upset when the service I received was subpar at best. Your staffs lack of professionalism and failure to take responsibility for their errors reflect poorly on your business. My car was there from open till close. Lug nut lock was in the glove compartment! I received no service and more headaches!

Daniel and her staff are awesome. I bring all of my cars and company vehicle there for service. Everyone there is professional and courteous. Service is always prompt.

Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful! The website was super easy to use to schedule an appointment.Came in for a Tire repair and it was super fast and they took the time to explain the issues I was having with my tire.Highly recommend coming here!

Great service. Jean was extremely accommodating while I had to be on the phone as I brought my tire in for a patch job. She was patient as she got my information for the job.

Absolutely disgusted with them right now. Ive brought my car here religiously for two years and now I will never step foot in there again. Brought my car in for an oil change and leak. They fixed it but broke the cover plate in the process and now expect me to cover that cost! They broke it Saturday afternoon and its now midday Monday and they still dont have a replacement piece claiming they have a call into one vendor and are waiting to hear back price because they want to get ME a good price. They failed to inspect the cover plate before bolting it which resulted in it cracking. When they called me Saturday and Sunday they apologized profusely and we were more than understanding. Now all of a sudden the manager is back from vacation and telling us its our response to cover the piece. Avoid them at all costs. This isnt how you run a business.
