The technician who performed my alignment did a fantastic job and even stepped over to answer a few questions I had about previous work performed. Fantastic job.

Came in at 4 pm when they close at 5pm had a complete flat on my truck and the manager would not patch or replace the tire saying they took in there last car and said there done for the day stood broken down in the parking lot wouldnt even air up the tire so I can limp it somewhere else horrible experience would not recommend

My sister & I was traveling out & state from SC. I started noticing one of my tires was loosing air fast. I tried to use fix-a-flat but no luck. We were trying to figure out as it was getting late. We called here & he said to bring our vehicle in and the gentleman said to bring it right in. Turns out, something went through the side of the tire so we had to get a new one. The car was new to me. Unbeknownst to me, we didnt have a spare so Im so glad that fate put us on their hands! Great manager & the guy who changed the tire was awesome too. You dont find businesses like that often anymore

I gave this review of one star because on April 1 2024 I had new tires put on my Nissan pickup and the center caps were destroyed and they didn't even tell me and when I got home I noticed two of them missing on passenger side and the other two were cracked. So I went back to the store and they told me they forgot to notify me And they would replace them. So waited a couple of months and they never called. I went back to the store and they first didn't know what I was talking about and then I was told they did receive them but someone sent them back and they would reorder them. And then I told them I need new tires on my Silverado and they some sort of B.S. discount and Isaid I'll wait until I got my center caps. Never got my caps so I went elsewhere and bought tires. I was very disappointed!

Had several things done to my vehicle & the new manager was extremely helpful & explained everything to me so that I could understand. Definitely a HUGE improvement from 6 months ago when I was in there. Will definitely be coming back!

Terrible customer service!!! Scheduled to get new tires and an oil change. When we arrived the associate at the counter was being rude to a customer in the lobby, not knowing what happened between them we did not think much of it. Once we got to the counter the associate barely acknowledged us and acted as if we were bothering him. Once we started giving him information he just walked away and got on the phone to order oil. Apparently they ran out of oil so despite us having a scheduled appointment they were not prepared. We asked politely if this was going to take long and very rudely he said the tires take a long time. At this point we had enough of this awful service and decided to leave although we had planned our day around getting these services done. Mavis lost $1000+ of business due to this poor customer service. If you are in Thomasville go to Singletary Tires as they have been very responsive.
