I found myself stranded in Kissimmee, an hour from home, while celebrating my sons 13th birthday. I pulled into Mavis hoping that my car could be fixed same day. Although I felt it was probably a long shot and my sons birthday celebration may be cut short. Mike was there to greet me and reassured me that my car would be ready same day. I needed 4 new coils, spark plugs replaced, and a cv axle replaced. Mike was honest and said that only one coil needed to be replaced and they would happily replace it but it was likely that the others would go out too. We decided to do all 4 as my car is a 2016 and never had any major repairs or tune up. My son and I left my car there and ubered to grab lunch. Less than 2 hours later, my car was finished! I was pleasantly surprised not only by their professionalism but also that they held true to their word that it would be completed same day (Weve had some bad experiences at repair shops). If youre looking for a reputable, honest, repair shop, this is it! Ask for Mike! Side note: I spoke with Pedro briefly and he was also incredibly nice too!

Having car trouble while on vacation can be one of the worst things you can deal with.I came out this morning and my tire was completely flat. Got the spare put on and not being local, I turned to good old google. I quickly found Mavis and read the reviews. I have never been to a Mavis before, but took a chance being I was in a bind. Took my truck up there and was helped immediately with nothing more than the best service I have ever received. Thank you so much for helping to save my vacation and ensure a safe trip home!

I've never been so disrespected by someone in a "customer service" position than I was by the employee at this location.I called the store, explained what vehicle I had, that I had a screw in, and wanted to see if it was repairable. He said they were available, could repair it, and to come in now.When I arrived, I wasn't greeted by the guy working at the desk, but rather treated as though I was bothering him (eye roll and dramatic huffs and all, UNBELIEVABLE)! Please remove him from customer facing duties! He doesn't belong in the general public! He informed me that they couldn't repair the tire because it was a Tesla tire. He said I "must not have given the correct make and model when I called." Huh? That doesn't even make sense. You mean to tell me I don't know what car I have? Sure.I let him know that I spoke with someone on the phone and they said they would look at it. He refused and said that I must have spoken with someone in the call center and they don't know what they're talking about. Well, they probably should be educated. And when they in fact don't know what they're talking about, you probably shouldn't blame the customer for that. I drove on a nearly flat tire to your facility because I was told you could repair it/replace it. Let's not inconvenience customers this way and then blame them.

Wow, what a joke. These people are clueless. Told us to come in and were available. After dealing with extremely rude people at the front desk we left after being told it would take 2 hours. Sooooo rude and clueless. Will never go to a mavis again.FOLLOW UP - Discount tire for the win, got us in, fixed the tire, NO CHARGE! Discount tire is the place to go! Very knowledgeable, very polite and professional! My tire spot going forward for sure.Your response is not able to correct this, the car was fixed by professional and courteous people at discount tire. You should consider replacing the rude staff and better train your people.I also see some fake reviews, its obvious you have some paid reviewers.
