Tire Kingdom Service Centers in Kissimmee (Towne Center Dr), FL

I had a original appointment for Sunday they call me back because you were too busy reschedule for Tuesday. Came in on Tuesday had no record of my appointment. I wanted an oil change now I know this company's part of the Mavis franchise and in Pennsylvania New Jersey and New York they will allow me to bring in my own oil and filter cuz I want a higher standard for my car than what their offer. I was told they don't do oil changes if you bring in your own oil or a filters. Then I asked the attendant because it is tire company if they could remove my lock nuts that are keyed because my key was lost which I know most mechanics can do this by impact hammer and using a key removal. As for tire company this should be something they always have.

I change set new tires. The staff was very helpful and also got an appointment. I had a noice thinking was wheel bearing but the technician after installing new tires find out the tires were so bad and that's was reason was making noise.

I was in a rush to change a tire and the rep John Hughes helped out I am really grateful for the assistance that the team provide. John Hughes deserve to be in top position for his good performance

Went to tire kingdom today and can only say positive things about it, jonathan the guy upfront and jordan the tech in the back were able to help me out fast and explain to me whats wrong with my vehicle. recommend a few things for your customers like coffee or a vending machine other then that would 100% recommend tire kingdom

John at tire kingdom was amazing and excellent customer service as well. He did not rush me and took his time explaining everything to me as well. i have come to this tire kingdom before and always amazes me of their service. John saved the day. I blew a flat tire and barely made it on the donut.He hooked me up, got my tires and the alignment along with TONS of advice on tire care moving forward.Friendly, knowledgable, and reassuring.Highly recommend x 10!!!!!! Amazing experience!!!!
