Ted and the crew at Tuffy are absolutely model businessman that put the customer and their safety before all else. The other week, a grinding noise which scared me but that they quickly diagnosed as a broken, useless heat shield making noise in my drive shaft. This Tuffy ensured my vehicle was roadworthy the same afternoon I took it to see them. Furthermore, it was such an easy problem to fix that they were even willing to let me off the hook for the service done to my vehicle. I still asked to pay the rate to be seen because I value this companys time the way they valued mine, but I just wanted to highlight that this is a genuinely great business in terms of how they treat their customers. Ted especially, is a model manager.

Excellent service. And best of all, they work on Sundays.

Loved Ted. He was amazing. Brought in our vehicle for a small oil leak. He diagnosed it fast and got us the best price he could do. Loved his attitude. I did not feel taken advantage of unlike other dealer and machine shop I have been to in the past. Highly recommend.
