So it really depends on who you get. Took my truck in there Monday and end up getting a good bit of work done, almost $1K worth - no new tires - actual work. When I went to leave is where the problems started. The tech left the ticket hanging on my mirror, left my hood not fully shut (popped open going down the road) and left the protective sleeve on the wipers (which I found out the next night when it was dark and pouring down rain and the wipers wouldnt work). The techs name was Toby and he will NEVER touch my vehicles again. The check engine light was still on after I was told it was off. I went back inside and asked about this before leaving and the nice girl behind the counter, Taylor, explained the tech told her it was because of the oil change and would go off a few miles up the road but if it didnt then come back in the morning! I absolutely knew that was not the problem, but she was just relaying a message. So the next morning, I brought it back. I dropped it off and was called just 35 minutes later and it was explained that the check engine light was never on. Theres no way it couldve been on because of an oil change and the girl didnt know what she was talking about out and shes new. I told them in fact it was on. It was on since I left the previous day and when I dropped it off, they said I must have seen the oil light not the check engine light. I absolutely know the difference. So not only are you talking poorly of a fellow employee you are hinting that I am stupid. Why not just say, I pulled the truck in the bay and cleared the code. Completely unprofessional behavior. Disgraceful. And as expected, as soon as started my way home the check engine light came back on and I took the truck back again today. Third day in a row. Thankfully Zach and Taylor were working and they did get the truck looked at and I have a real diagnosis. Unfortunately for Mavis, they will only touch tire related issues with my vehicles. I hate that bad apples have to ruin it for the whole store.Update: the manager Cody reached out after the review apologizing for what had happened and I took the vehicle back for the fourth day in a row to try and fix the original problem from day one that was never fixed. It was fixed, free of charge - for a week. We will continue to return until the problem is actually fixed. I do appreciate Codys due diligence in representing the store and trying to get it right.Update: We earned another star. Even though we had to go back yet again today, there was no hard times given. Cody asked what the problem was and they pulled it in and fixed it. We were even a walk in and told them we on a tight schedule, and he had us fixed and out.

I had a nail in my tire and was able to get in quickly to get it repaired. Zach was very helpful, frequently checking on me as I waited, offering water, etc. Needing car repairs is never exactly a pleasant experience, but they made it as pleasant as possible.

Got new tires for my truck for a decent price, ??Zach was very professional and helpful would definitely recommend.

Kyle helped me out of a jam he was really knowledgeable and would recommend him to take care of you if you are there.

I came here for back tires and a wheel alignment Zach was definitely helpful, and I have received the best customer service the atmosphere here is on point I will definitely be back and I will be letting my friends and family know where to go. Zach deserves a raise he's awesome
