Joe Norman and his staff took care of us immediately and were such a pleasure to deal with! He goes overboard for his customers, taking care of their needs.Definitely recommend this location and Mavis tires.

Jason needs to talk to people with respect. Dont assume because I wasnt there and I am a woman that I dont know anything. My husband is the one who is not automotive inclined. When asked for a service and you tell me the tires are bald and they are not or there is a severe leak and then I tell you there is nothing on my driveway. Then you change it to not severe but leaking. You just show that you work in commission. Been going to this location for years never an issue until Jason. I wont be back maybe this is why reviews are dropping.

Had dinner at the Cork and Cleaver. When I came out of the restaurant my rear passenger tire was completely flat. It was 7:45. Would you believe Mavis Tire was open. They took my vehicle and repaired my tire so I could make it back to Aiken. Shout out to the guys who stay late!

My wife went there to get a screw removed from her tire. They told her it was in the sidewall and sold her a new tire. ( the screw was in the tread) It was not in the side wall. When I called them they told me it was leaking air but when I went there, they still had the tire and the screw was still in the tire and not coming through into the inside of the tire. They never removed the screw or checked to see if it was leaking. Sounds like someone was on commission to sell tires or they just like to take advantage of female or all customers. I had to confront the person at the counter who finally admitted that they didn't check to see if the tire was leaking. I wish I could share the picture of the screw in the tire. It was nowhere near the sidewall. Be carefull dealing with these people. They are very dishonest. Please share this with everyone you know.
