These guys are great. Joe and Sean running the show taking care of your needs and passing on your car, suv, truck over to the mechanics for and excellent repair or maintenance adjustment. I felt like a valuedcustomer and Joe and Sean went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of at a great value. Thanks guys.

Joe and his team helped with a leaking tire on a brand new car I picked up the day before. Rather than driving all the way back to the dealer, Mavis was willing to accept the dealers payment information over the phone on my behalf. The leak wasnt obvious, but their team kept looking. Ultimately it required a dunk tank to reveal that the valve stem seal was faulty. They removed the tire, replaced the valve stem, and remounted the tire. And they kept the orientation so it didnt have to be rebalanced. Quick and effective work, good communication, and friendly service with Joe and his team.

Scheduled to install 4 new tires online and was quoted $732. My wife takes the vehicle in and after waiting 2.5 hours when she was told 1hr 1.5 tops they tell her she's good to go to insert her card for payment. We were charged $962. An alignment was done I understand that, why was I not told or asked first. I was charged for replacement of tpms sensors without authorization. I was charged for a tire warranty I did not authorize. And I get home from work to look at the new tires and they are not the ones I picked they were a more expensive tire. I believe they saw a woman with 2 small children alone and took advantage of her because she doesn't know much about cars and tires.

Tire repair - 30 minutes in and out - perfect when commuting to work and need to be there sooner rather than later

Very friendly service, and fair prices. Joe and Sean at the front are excellent to communicate with and do a great job at selling you only exactly what you need. I came here at first simply because they where closest to me when I needed a last minute tire servicing. But despite that they didn't take advantage and attempt to upsell or overcharge me, a practice that is sadly common. But instead kept it simple and honest. They have earned my respect and their good work has made this my preferred tire shop. Their oil change prices are also one of the more competitive prices I've seen in the area. At least as of the date of writing this ($89.99 full synthetic up to 5qts). Their waiting area is also clean and spacious, with free WiFi, 2 bathrooms, and a small kids area. It's also within walking distance of a shopping center so if you need extensive work you have nearby stores to pass the time if you want.

Joe and his team always do an amazing job. Ive taken both, my car and my wifes for wheel alignments and was satisfied with the price and service. Caught a nail in my tire and took my car in for a patch today.They got me in and out of there under 10 minutes. Constantly fair price, fast, and great service.

Every time I get service here everything is always GREAT. The service and customer service is ALWAYS top notch.

This is for the location on 378 in front of Publix. I originally took wifes car to Bo tire to install a trailer hitch the manager Kenny called me back after 3-4 hours and said they couldnt do the job without cutting off the bumper and really they just didnt know how to install the hitch. Kenny said it was just too hard for them. I asked did u read the directions. He said yes but we just cant do it. Its too complicated. Walked straight over to mavis tire, they looked at it we all laughed a little and they got the job done pronto. Looks like we are done w Bo tire. Great job guys!!! Excellent service.
