Called Mavis this morning to get services and spoke with Ms. Kay, her customer service on the phone was sooo amazing . You could hear the amazing energy through the phone. Hung up and came straight in for service and soon I opened the door Ms. Kay greeted me and took care of me. Very professional and amazing customer service. Thanks Ms Kay for taking care of me

This location saved the day for me. I went to the morrow location this morning after making an online appointment for my tire sensors . I added the oilChange just to kill 2 birds with one stone. They wasted my whole morning 4 hours and never completed the job. After 4 hours I left with only an oil change . ?? wasted my whole beautiful Saturday morning.The one on Tara did the job complete in 20 mins . I just needed the tire sensors replaced . Ms. KAY had them work on my car, gave me a great price and was extremely pleasant.Saved the rest of my Saturday . Thank you Mavis Tire on Tara blvd

Went to this place today. Marcus was great he answered all my questions, explained what could be happening with my car, and had me in and out in no time. Great attitude and customer service.

Do not go here for a wheel alignment. Took my 2006 f-150 for a wheel alignment after installing new front suspension components. I asked if they could check the torque on the control arms and ball joints and they said "no problem". Not only do they not give you an alignment print out but they also didn't check my torque. Now I noticed my steering wheel has shifted and the lower control arm ball joint nut has backed off above 1/4 inch an can be turned by hand. So I spent 120 bucks for a wheel alignment for nothing!

I have to say that Mrs. Kay and Jason we awesome at the lovejoy location I 100 percent recommend thanks a bunch

Took my car in for an alignment due to a broken tie rod. Was told it would be ready at a certain date, but they finished it a day early and didn't overcharge. As a woman who grew up working on cars I know when a place is trying to screw with me and this is one of the few I've found who didn't.

Ms. K has great customer service ???? and knows how to get you a good deal...????
