Mavis Tires and Brakes in Lufkin, TX

Overpriced. We need Gateway back. They have scammed too many people. They have lost a lot of business.

I felt that Mavis crew did the best to get me in and out with all the customers booked and short staffed. The tires were quality, the price right and I was even able to get brake pads installed. The staff were respectful and friendly and professional. I don't need an oil change yet or a battery but at least I won't get turned away to go to Firestone or visa versa to Ford dealership anymore, as I have a friend in the Mavis business. I throw my support behind them, and if you remember how hard it is to get anyone to bring their business finally to little Ol' Lufkin, then throw your support their way. I had a low tire when I started to church this morning, not a great way to start my day. I Googled places that were open on a Sunday morning and Mavis came up. Its on my way to church so I stopped by and my day got so much better. Thank you, Dylan, for your friendly, prompt service.

Personally had to swing by to get air in my tires on a cold morning. Zach helped me out, great employee.

Needed my brakes changed and when I called around Mavis quoted me 50$ less than everywhere else in town. When I got to the shop, everyone there was kind and courteous and the customer service was impeccable. I had recently gotten my tires changed at a different shop and for giggles I asked how much it would've been had I gotten my tires there, in total I would've saved close to 150$ had i gotten my 4 new tires at Mavis. Now I know for next time. I would highly recommend this shop, getting all 4 brakes changed and a brake line flush only took an hour to complete I was in and out. I will for sure be coming back to Mavis for future service.

I walked in to Mavis Tire in Lufkin and was helped right away. Wayne had a great attitude and was very helpful.

I live in Riverside Texas and was in a bad way. Flat tire no spare. Didn't have a lot of money. But they worked with me to get a new tire on my car. Awesome service great people and I'll be going back when I need some new tires. Thank you for the great job.
