Love this place!

This place is trash & horrible. I will never come back here again??. On Sunday 4-13-25 my oldest son took me there along with my youngest son to get an Aligmnent before I return home which was 2 hours away My appointment was scheduled for 12pm. When we got there & check in the guy told us to have a seatWHICH WASNT LONG. We wasnt there 15 minuteswhile my son & I decided to stand & talk while observing them in my car. My son was curious to know why it took 2 people to check the mileage on my car.shortly after one of the employees that was in my car came back inside walking fast holding my keys in the air. & ask which key start my car & we told him that wasnt the right keyit was the key next to it.So my son told me to have a seat so he could see what was the problem. before I could sit downI get a text message from my son telling me to grab his coat & come outside because my IGNITION SWITCH had lock up.this was at 12:15. ????Remind you that I just paid $4006 months ago to have a BRAND NEW SWITCH REPLACED.?? All of a sudden the worker pulled out his phone & said he was going Google how to unlock a Ignition switch after a few failed attempts the worker went back inside. When I went back inside to ask him what was going to be done about my carthe worker said WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT WE GOING TO DO.ITS NOTHING WE CAN DO. ????. I TOKD him you messed up my car & somebody is going to fix it.I still have receipts when I got my SWITCH REPLACED.I calked the Police they came out & tried to help after they couldnt start the car. The Police told me that it was a Civil matter & that I could file a suit or try calling Cooperate. I reach out to Cooperaye which also a terrible experience because they tried to find excuses as to why they wasnt responsibleMy sons & I sat in the parking from 12pm-7:30pm..which was PAIN & SUFFERING & we have spent a lot of money for something simple.I have several friends that have had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES FROM DIFFERENT MAVIS LOCATIONS or they knew someone that has had a terrible experience with them.???? I told Cooperate that its not right because I never sign any forms STATING THAT IF MY CAR GETS DAMAGED WHILE ITs UNDER THEIR CARETHAT THEY WASNT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES!Im not finish with this issue!!!!

I honestly dont give out reviews but this company is complete trash!!!! I came in for alignment and was told no because we had aftermarket 18 rims on the car smh. And while the mechanic was checking the mileage on the carhe did something that caused our steering wheel to lock up with our key almost instantly. The steering wheel would not unlock itself no matter how hard you tried, and the key wouldnt turn either smh. Car was working perfectly fine before we brought it to them, and all of this happened within the first 15 mins of arriving there smh. We only came there for an alignment.nothing else!! So we were stuck in their parking lot for almost 6 hours!!! waiting for a locksmith to get there to look at it!!. The company said that theres nothing they could do about it.what a disgrace!! Didnt show no type of ownership of the problem and just continued working as usual. Poor customer service to the fullest! I had to end up getting the car towed back to my hometown because we were out of town, and paid almost $400 plus for the tow!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE OR LOSE MONEY. I 100% RECOMMEND GOING TO OTHER PLACES BESIDES THIS ONE.YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
