Mavis Tires and Brakes in Marietta (Piedmont Rd), GA

1 car in a 6 bay garage, a guy sitting behind the front desk, a woman sitting behind a computer, and no one else. I ask for a tire rotation, and the guy says they are way slammed, it will be several hours. I leave and he sits back down. Hmm. Just say you don't like working.

Sarah was truly amazing and a great help in getting my new tire ordered and installed in a very timely matter. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

These folks are fantastic! I am from NC and was going to go to Firestone and my daughter in law told me that their service was awful & to go to Mavis. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Sarah at the front desk was GREAT!

This place is great. I have a speciality sports car with some issues that often got me turned down for alignment. I waited outside with my car running, called the office and said I didn't want to shut my car off in case it didnt start up again as I was heading into work. The manager came out to happily greet me and let me know they can help me right away or anytime later.I came back after work and they put my car on the straight and narrow and didnt try to tell me what all was wrong with the car since it had many things that were questionable since it's a project car I was forced to jump into when my primary broke down for good.The alignment was done perfectly, and it drove so much better that it was finally safe to drive. They also did my wipers on request and they are of the best quality for an old 1988 Japanese sports car that has unique wiper arm tabs.Due to such good service and respect for me and the car, I will now use Mavis when I need some professional help, and I say this as a backyard mechanic with many years experience rebuilding motors.Come check out this place, they wont turn you away for your car, even if its a rolling liability. ) Nice work Mavis.Sincerely, your friendly, Marietta MR2, satified customer.The image is my awesome MR2 right after they made it drive straight again, after I replaced the springs and struts and tie rods, making it way outta whack despite my efforts to string align it. I didnt realize that my rear tires were terribly out of alignment, and not just the front.

Sarah didnt waste no time, got to me very fast and helped me with my flat tire, was in and out in about 30 minutes. Shes also very pretty, I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for any problems with my tires.

I went to this location for a tire patch on a Sunday. Most other shops close early but this location was open much longer than other shops which is a nice benefit. Sarah greeted me and came out to the car to get a look at the tire. She asked me to have a seat in their waiting area which had a tv, filtered water machine, and clean restrooms. The tech that patched my tire was named Ian and he also went above and beyond by putting air in my spare tire as well. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this shop as they seem to really care about their customers, even the ones just getting basic services. All in all this was a GREAT experience and Ill definitely be back in the future. Everyone should check them out if you want a much better than average customer experience.

Sarah was absolutely amazing! She ensured that my car was fine and ensured i got amazing customer service! Sarah should be a director, she is great I call her and always know my car will be great! I love her and she had an amazing personality!

Dylan and Sara are amazing! We had an issue on the highway, and just randomly stopped without an appointment and they looked at the car for us.
