I came in for a tire fix and I was overdue for extra maintenance they were super patient and answered all my questions, normally I get paranoid that mechanical places always try to rip you off but I felt educated and well taken care of. Started my day with a dead battery on the car parked on my driveway. Not at all how you want to start a Saturday morning. After calling a few places to shop around for price, there was no doubt in my mind that Tire Kingdom by the Tamiami Airport was my next stop (after I had the car jump started). The R&R duo (featured on the picture) was just incredible. Renes customer service started from the moment I called the shop and the way he handled my call: quick, objective, helpful and just on top of it all around. As I got to the shop, Rafael was there to assist as well and the overall experience was just amazing. Prices were great and as promised as well as estimated time of completion for the work performed on my car. These gentlemen made all the difference and gave me a pleasant experience even when dealing with such an unpleasant situation.
