4.7.25 Josh again contto come through with best listening skills and really caring for our vehicles. I am pleased to see they made Josh the manager, which is well deserved.He is the employee you would want your family members in front of to care for their safety also.Highly impressed. They opened store before 8am to log all the customers in for the mechanics. Josh was professional and just warm to every customer he serviced. He gave me the confidence on a car I bought that all the mechanical parts were in good working order. I will be back with my other vehicle.

The front desk team from last year is no longer at this store, and the level of service has significantly declined. While the tech staff did a commendable job completing the work on time, the front desk's customer service lacks the friendliness and proactive approach that defined the previous team. The prior staff went above and beyond to assist customers, offering help and ensuring a positive experience. Unfortunately, this year's team falls shortthey don't acknowledge customers upon entering the store, walk to the car to check tire information, inform you where your car is parked for pickup, or go over warranty details. Instead, you'll receive the bare minimum, with the added risk of being sold a set of tires that do not meet quality expectations. For instance, I specifically asked for tires that would provide a quiet ride, like my previous set, but I was sold tires that produce significant road noise, worsening with speed.Adding to the frustration, I had to return to the store three times to get assistance. On my second visit, I arrived at the time they had promised availability, only to find they still couldnt accommodate me. While the tech staff performed their job well, the overall customer service experience was disappointing and a noticeable step down from last year. I am very unhappy with the purchase and purchase experience.

Josh and the surf city team provide excellent service! I came in at the end of the business day, with a flat due to a nail...they patched things up and had me back on the road in 20 mins! Very thankful for their quick work...highly recommend!

Great service. Took my vehicle in no questions asked.

I brought my F150 in to get an oil change and replace my belt. They told me they needed to order a part for the belt because there are two belts and I said okay thats fine. So I brought it back. They said they replaced it and it was good to go.Today (3 weeks later) my truck belt was making noise and my truck was driving bad so I pulled into Hollyridge tire and they informed me not only was the belt torn but both belts are old and need replaced. So looks like they never even swapped the belts and just charged me for nothing. If you need anything done make sure they actually do it. Otherwise youll spend another 330$ somewhere else to get it fixed. Absolutely will be letting the 3 other people I recommend to this place what happened.

Service was fine for the most part. Witnessed shop worker forcing my automatic mirrors in and out manually, which temporarily caused my mirrors to quit working. When I called to make an inquiry, I was told "Sorry, there's nothing I can do, I'll have my manager call you when he comes in" ... They never called. This is also not a one-stop shop: multiple times I have left with faulty parts, being told "We don't do that here"

Ive been to the Surf City location multiple times, and every visit has been a tire-iffic experience! They've installed new tires for me as well as patched up an old one. They also helped me with a check engine light issue. Plus, they offer free air for your tiresbecause who doesnt love a little free air in their life? Ive had the pleasure of working with Josh, the manager, several times, and hes always been knowledgeable, helpful, and ready to roll (pun intended). Highly recommend!
