Tire Kingdom Service Centers in Lake Wales, FL

My 2nd review of this business...last one was about a year ago. I've been there a couple of times since then. Most recently for oil chg., tire rotation, & possibilitybrakes. Was again impressed upon walking in...Service writing area clean, bright,& welcoming. Staff are knowledgeable,competentand seem to relate well to customers. Also honest...I thought I might be needing brake replacement. They inspected and advised me there was still substantial life in my brakes instead of selling me an unneededservice. Obviously a well managed business. If you're not happy with having your vehicle serviced here, you're probably not going to be happy anywhere. I'm an old guy with lots of car repair experiences under my belt. I rarely give a 5 star rating, but every once in a while I find a business that deserves it. Some new photos included.1st Review...This Tire Kingdom has been my go to for the past 6 years. This visit was for tire balance and rotation. The service writing area is clean and well organized. Staff is pleasant and easy to deal with. Customer waiting area has vending, TV, and fairly comfortable seating. Restrooms aren't sparkling, but are acceptable. The servicing of my vehicle took 45 min did what was ordered and the result was positive. Would rate it well above average for an auto repair shop.

Took my car in to have my tire patched from a nail being in it, but we were informed they would be unable to patch it due to the tire overall not being good. We were told we would need to purchase a new tire, and we did not have the funds for that. So they put our spare tire on, which we did not realize was a donut tire until we were walking out to leave. We didnt feel comfortable driving with the donut on as we had a long distance destination to reach that day. So we asked that the original tire with the nail be put back on. Without our knowledge I believe Zack is his name, he had the mechanics go ahead and put a new tire on when they took our car back the second time. He did not charge us for this and expressed he was concerned for our safety. It was an unexpected act of kindness and we are very thankful for him and the mechanics that Im sure were aggravated by all the back and forth. everyone remained friendly. thank you. ??

They didn't complete the work because they didn't know how to lift my Range Rover and on top of all, they pull a wheel nut from my rear tire and they put it back twisted so know I have to repair that too.

Great customer service! We have been several times lately with different vehicles in our family. They were upfront on wait times (if any), about amount of charges for services requested, and did not try to sell me extras (which previous places have done to make sales). We had previously bought tires in 2021 from Lake Wales location and were quite pleased with service and price. We have been several times over past 3 months with car maintenance including rotating tires, oil changes, tire valve replacements and all wheel alignments. They kept me updated on progress while in lobby. They were friendly, informative and courteous. Highly recommend.

My husband went in on Sunday because he saw a nail in his tire. He asked the technician if he could patch it. The technician told him no. My husband got the distinct impression that the technician simply didn't care and didn't want to perform any work. Monday my husband took his truck to a different tire company in Sebring (we live in Lake Wales) and that technician patched it for $25. Hmmm.....

Great & fast service..I recommend coming here for any repair..
