Mavis Tires and Brakes in Middleburg (2600 Blanding Blvd), FL

I was Just there and honestly Surprised at the service that I received. The manager cared about his customers and his employees. He talked about his community and actually got to know all the customers that came into the store. I was highly impressed with how clean the place was for a tire shop. Will be back soon to fix the other two tires and alignment.

On 02/25/25 I took my car in for all new tires & while there they did my oil change, brake service & alignment. Picked my car up at the end of the day & before making it home (about 45 min away) I had to pull over with 2 flat tires (both driver side). I called & was told to get the spare on & bring back in the morning since they were closing & with the comment i must of gotten something in it. Thankfully i got my back tire aired up & put the spare on the front but found that both valve stems were just pouring air out of them. This was not a problem before the new tires. I did not feel safe driving on the two tires all the way back to Middleburg from Callahan so i took it to the closest Mavis owned tire shop (Tire Kingdom by the Airport) the following morning. I paid for the warranty so they replaced one tire, fixed the valve stems & in their words did a complete check over my car to make sure all was good. I paid for the new tire to be mounted & valve stems. Mavis in Middleburg offered to refund that $38 that i was going to just not worry about. About a week later i realized that the tire they replaced on my car was not what i originally purchased but a cheap tire, so i took it back to Mavis in Middleburg, they replaced it with the correct tire & gave me the $38 refund. Picked it up lunch and before getting 3 miles the light came back on. Took it back & they forgot to program the sensor. (all this was missed time from work to deal with) I thought that was it but 4 weeks later my transmission starts slipping. I look under the hood and someone took the transmission cap off and set it to the side so i lost all the transmission fluid. So now i am about to be out of a lot of money to replace a transmission. Only two places that touched my car was Mavis in Middleburg & Tire Kingdom by the Airport. Mavis said they don't touch transmissions but someone did at one of the two shops. So this is all i can do. Just warn others that if they go to either of these places to just check your car over or you could be out thousands of dollars like me. I never complain or do reviews but trying to be safe w/ new tires is costing me so much more.

Had a nail in my truck tire , walked in with out an appointment and was taken care of right away .

I made an appointment first thing in the morning for a tire repair after getting a flat tire the night before, and I was able to make the appointment with ease due to the online scheduling feature. When I arrived for my appointment and came into the store, I was greeted right away and the gentleman at the front listened to all of my concerns with genuine care. Luckily they were able to fix my tire, and they did so quickly/efficiently. This was my first time ever coming here for a service, and most definitely wont be my last. I highly recommend this shop!!

Denveil was amazing! He switched out my rims between 2 tires and then put the new tire on my car! Coming back here for sure!
