I cant recommend this tire repair shop enough! Rafael went above and beyond to make sure my car was in top shape for a 14-hour road trip. His attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. If you need reliable, professional, and friendly service, this is the place to go!

Mavis Dicount Tire - Everything wrong with the automotive service industry summed up in one visit.If I could review this lower than one star I would, but I can not.. I hit a curb during the recent snowstorm and knocked a wheel out of alignment and brought it into this location to get an alignment. They performed an alignment, and told me that I had done significant damage to my front and rear passenger side control arms (even though I only impacted the rear) and that they would need to be replaced, however my $180+ alignment was completed and I was sent on my way.As I left, I noticed a loud howling noise coming from my right rear corner, so I bit the bullet and took the vehicle straight to hyundai who was able to fit me in to diagnose the noise, check the alignment, and confirm the control arm damage.According to hyundai, both of my lower camber bolts were left lose, there is no visible damage to any of my control arm units, and the noise is coming from my wheel being bent considerably stressing the wheel bearing, which should have been clearly noticed by the tech at mavis.I will be headed back in as soon as I am able to discuss, and expect a full refund, but would also warn others from using this mavis location as I was released a vehicle in unsafe condition with lose camber bolts, and is clear they are not operating with integrity.Update as of 3 weeks after the incident: I called and spoke with someone in the customer relations department 3 weeks ago, and was told that it would be sent to the district manager but never heard anything from anyone. Fast forward to today, and I called again, but was sure to record my case reference number and the names of the people that I talked to as I never received a call back from the first inquiry, nor have I received a refund. Wednesday morning ill be submitting a formal complaint to the better business bureau and a full story with the entire timeline to the local news, and if this is not fixed in the next week, ill be headed to small claims court.Update as of 2/19 - I have still not been able to get ahold of John Madden, their regional training director, who has let every one of my calls go to voicemail only returning a couple of them. This company has moved past incompetence and is conducting themselves with malice. They know what they are doing and have no intent to stop.ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Always have to wait for someone to come to the desk to wait on people.
