Mavis Discount Tire in Mount Pocono (2964 Rt 940), PA

I had actually left a five-star review, about a week ago I had $1,500 worth of tires, brakes, and lower rear trailing arms (which I had the source and bring myself) put on my 19 Subaru Crosstrek.About a day later my TPMS sensors going off, I have a OBD scanner plus my Subaru tells me what's going on with anything's wrong, two times I've been in there now first time pretty sure all they did was clear the code. This time, some kid told me I should probably take it to Subaru because he can't find the code. (What everybody doesn't understand is that I have a record of all of this. I have a record of 25 times the silver app told me yesterday that my driver side rear tire TPMS sensor was faulty code c 2424 the DTC code for that. So twice now I've been in there after getting all these things installed, and the kid told me it looks fine to me. Told me to go to Subaru I laughed and left... At $160 an hour you know the state maximum, you figured you'd get a little better service especially when they always think they're talking to morons that don't know anything about cars. How about my job is kind of important so... I get a little tired of having to fix my own s#t all the time. So we pay the premium of going to a chain service. Oh yeah I got my car inspected too, (another scam.. not their scam but another scam.)So now I'm going to have to drive around at least 25 mph for 10 minutes consistently so this TPMS sensor can tell me what I already know ( and told these guys these "professionals". You know I'll take my off ramp here and digress, honestly what happened to professionalism, customer service, and what happened to them having like coffee and beverages out there in the waiting area? You pay all this money and there's a TV blaring up in the corner with Maury povich or Jerry Springer reruns on. It's like we pay a premium to have them abuse us with the lackadaisical attitudes... Smh.Maybe if, when I go back I get treated with a little more respect the review would revert...One can dream...Can't I?So... $200 for two TPMS units..I can't completely condemn them. They just need to teach these kids that they're going to have to actually access the public sometime not just be behind the computer or underneath a car. Great experience- needed a flat repaired asap and without hesitation they got me in quick and made the repair.

The guys at Mavis Tire took amazing care of me. I had a flat tire an hour before my daughters cheer competition. They took my car in right before closing time and Anthony, the store manager, said theyd take care of me. They plugged my tire to fix it and were courteous and professional. I would absolutely come here again for anything I needed.

Wife went to get inspection on jeep was told needed brakes and 2 tires took jeep back to dealership in nj for free brake service and informed that brakes and tires were in perfect condition and no need for either crooks in mount pocono trying to over charge for work that didn't need to be done because it was a woman wish I could give a lower rating

Serviced 2 of my cars here, for new tires, no issues at all good deals on them both. They also price match.The manager is also very nice, don't hesitate to ask him any questions.

The store manager Anthony at the Mount Pocono location assessed my driving needs and suggested the Mavis Mountaineer APT. I put over 400 miles on them the next day. These tires are very responsive, ride smooth and are super quiet. The tread pattern is fabulous. I'm very happy with my purchase. The installer James had my new tires mounted and balanced on my F-150 in record time. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you both for the superb service.Update: The winter here was brutal. I havent seen ice and snow this bad in years. These tires handled the conditions like a pro. They really grip and are surprisingly quiet.
