Mavis Tires and Brakes in Myrtle Beach (Waccamaw), SC

I recently had brakes replaced (pads and rotors) on my ford f150. I heard a squealing sound when applying the brakes and returned to see if they could find out why. They went above and beyond troubleshooting to make it right. Turned out to be a defective rotor.Really appreciate the customer service. A+++

Michael was extremely helpful and did not try to do more than was needed...just replacing tire pressure sensors....no "forced..you've gotta do...etc." He did make some suggestions about what we might want to watch for (like overheating) but nothing else was needed at this time. I appreciate his truthful approach. Thank you Michael !!

Great service and friendly. Micheal helped get my tires changed in a timely manner. Didn't try to upsell like most places they listened and wasn't trying to get more money during service.
