Came with a car that had fresh 02/25 inspection stickers at about half into the month of February to have an inspection done for the buyer. They couldn't find anything wrong with the car except that it absolutely needs new tires and new brakes total at about 1500$.Brakes and rotors installed were high performance ceramic pads with high performance slotted drilled ventilated rotors front and back. Brake pads still had half life left and they threw in rotor replacement with no good reason. Didn't shake while braking and the rotors didn't even get to eat a full brake pad so why on earth would they need to be replaced. Tires were close to the end of their life but still had enough thread to pass since they did pass kost tire inspection. Mavis said that they wouldn't pass inspection with such "worn" brakes and tires. Just because some things might need to be replaced soon doesn't make them ineligible for passing inspection and you shouldn't be forced to pay them anything. Go to kost tire I never had any bad experience with them they're always fair. It's not just this Mavis I've had unpleasant experiences with other ones as well
