Good morning all.. Hear on Google to express and share my experience with Mavis Tire & Brakes at 6100 Jimmy Carter Norcross Ga. I frequented this location for almost 10 years before it became Mavis. (Formerly known as NTB) I was so happy to find a location that the people who worked their were honest and always looked after YOU as a customerAs per your needs for your car's maintenance and not a cash cow. Then....management changed and personnel. Everything thing was awful..customer service..the car service and prices soared.I was very unhappy and sought other locations. Some near some far.. but far was too far and near was inconsistent in there pricing and customer service.So one day I revisited the location and another manager was there. I understand several managers were there prior to this current one and also my favorite technician who always worked 9n my car (Migsrad) I hope I didnt butcher his name was still there..to make this review short but specific and clear..I will be coming back and reccomend the host of friends, family and associates.The new store manager Tim and his associate Dexter was very accommodating honest and fair about what I needed and made me feel like they wanted my business. They did overcharge me and made unnecessary reccomendations but did spell out the things that would need to be addressed in the near future with out making me feel anxious or stressed to get work or repairs done that could wait for a little while.I will , as stated earlier in the review, be back because I have several cars and daughters with cars that i feel would benefit from Mavis technician Musafa and MugsardThey DIDN'T OVERCHARGE ME... LET ME MAKE THAT CLEAR.. A TYPO ERROR ??

Tim was great. Got my service done in a fast time and was very helpful with any concerns I had.

Mavis has excellent service! I have been by there a couple for tire leaks and the guys very nice and professional. They listen to me and filled them up because I was unable to do it multiple time. They couldnt repair tire because where the nailed was located. I ordered two new tires but because I was waiting on some money to deposit they keep for two weeks! I just got the tires installed and they were really professional and fast. Mustafa and the other guy were extremely excellent! I will be back!
