I had a bad experience at this location. I was bringing a Lyft car to get a tire patched and as soon as I walked in I said hello and the employee said I will be with you in a second.Inhad yo actually let him know I spoke to him Also They complained about having 5 Lyft cars and stated Lyft has not paid them and he doesn't work for free then the employee went on and asked me would I work for free. I advised employee I didn't need all of the logistics to everything that was going on. All I needed to know was how long was the tire patch going to take. I advise the employee if it was going to take longer than an hour or two then I wasn't going to be able to sit that long. The employee let me know he had to service the people who pay first. The employee then said, it would take longer than a hour or two and he apologized. I called over the phone and none of that information was relayed before getting there the only thing that was state is that we don't make appointments for Lyft. Also most customers are greeted as soon as they come inside of the door. I had to be the one to walk all the way to the front desk look the employee in the eye and say hello. And then for him to say I will be with you in a second and not say hello back was rude. Customer service and how you interact with people initially goes a long way. Even if I couldn't get the service you should be clear of the delay it could take initially and treat everybody who walks in the business the samea way. Always greet customers with hello how can I help you or hello ill be with you in a second. Not just I'll be with you in a second and go on a rant of how backed up you are on care. It shouldn't matter whether I am a Lyft driver or regular customer.
