I appreciate Robert ( the manager ) didn't charge me for the labor cost of putting in my preferred oil, which I brought to his store. However, after I paid for the service, the Tire indicator light came on after I drove one mile away from Mavis 8511 Dorchester Rd. N. Charleston, SC.I drove back to Mavis Tires 8511 Dorchester Rd. The technician who installed my tires told me to drive 3 1/2 miles and the tire indicator light will go away.I drove over 3 miles from Mavis Tire 8511 Dorchester Rd., back to my apartment complex in Hanahan, SC.The tire indicator light did not go away after 3 1/2 miles , but remained on. I called back to the Mavis Tire 8511 Dorchester Rd.The manager told the front desk to tell me to drive 25 miles and the tire indicator light will go away.I informed the front desk that the technician ( Mavis 8511 Dorchester Rd) did not put tire caps on three of my 4 new tires. The Front Desk told me since I was in Hanahan, I could go to Mavis Tires on Rivers Avenue. She will inform the front desk ( Mavis on Rivers Ave) that I will be coming to the store for Tire Caps. The front desk clerk ( Mavis, 8511 Dorchester Rd) was friendly and willing to solve my issue. She did an excellent job. When I arrived at Mavis at 7120 Rivers Ave, April at the front desk immediately asked if I was the customer coming from Mavis on Dorchester Road. I told her yes.April told me she will grab the tire caps and put them on for me.As me and April were at my car. I asked April why would my tire indicator light remain on.April told me she didn't have the answer but she will get one of the technicians to come and give the answer.Technician Dre used a computer gauge to measure the air pressure on the 4 new tires on my car.The result was each tire didn't have the same air pressure therefore that's the reason the tire indicator light remained on.Technician Dre asked Rob to air my 4 new tires so that they would have the same air pressure. After Rob aired my 4 tires, the tire indicator light disappeared automatically.Somebody like me who gives $692.31( half of my rent money) to Mavis 8511 Dorchester Rd expects excellent tire service. If Mavis Tires and Brakes wants to find out the story of my 4 new tires, they can contact Front Desk April, or Technician Dre at Mavis 7120 Rivers Ave.I won't go back for future tire service at Mavis 8511 Dorchester Rd. I have learned my lesson from this store.

Excellent customer service. Great rates on tires. I used to go to Discount Tires, which I still think is a great company. But I have to admit, Mavis is faster and is always willing to work with me to get me a great deal. This is the only place I will go for tires from here on out

Both Robert and Marquis are quick and professional, and took the time to double-check my tire before an issue was found. I would recommend Mavis to anyone that needs help with their tires.
