Wow ! super professional The manager Nick was so helpful and explained everything my car needed , I felt super comfortable as a woman walking into a service place on my own. I will recommend all of my friends and family here! Thanks again Nick :)

I have gone there for over 20 years for service and tires and the last few years the quality of service has gone way down. I made an appt. for an oil change with Stephanie a week before and she didn't record my appt., so when I showed up they said that I would have a 2 1/2 hour wait. No apology. The guy at the front desk was completely indifferent and unsympathetic. I could list more cases of incompetence, but suffice it to say that myself and my family will take our 3 cars elsewhere.

Super friendly quick service. Helped me out in a pinch. Dude who looks like Jake Gyllenhaal even gave me a free windshield wiper.

Good service.

Update:I did go back and their front desk staff are great. They understood an were veery helpful.They did refund me a small percentage and I appreciate the time they gave me. Two things they should add to their customer service: Acknowledge a brand new customer as a new customer and ask about any warranties that might exist. Be upfront about what they charge for labor - Regardless of how long it takes to fix something, they charge labor for what is "standard length of time" not actual length of time. We were charged for 3 hours of labor and we were home in 2 hours.In this very tough economy I am shocked that that is how your company rolls....I have been going here for a while. Last time I brought my jeep in I had a $3500 bill and within 2 days returned with an additional $2500 bill. They were very nice and helpful but said it was completely separate issues. Within those two days, there was basically no driving that took place. Today my son brought his car to be inspected. They needed to add the front license plate bracket because the car was purchased in PA. They charge $75 for labor in addition to the parts.

This was a pleasant experience.

Stephanie at the front desk was amazing. She dealt with irate, vulgar, and insensible customers all day with compassion and patience. She was very helpful explaining what was done and what will need to be done in the future to maintain my vehicle.
