Was in and out to have oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter changed. I arrived early and was probably done within the hour. I just.moved to Ocala and needed to get the company vehicle service...I will be back since it's close to the hosue.

Customer service was average at best. They got the job done, but I will go somewhere else next time.

Took my car here last week and had tires and brakes done spent over $1K and fairly good job (tires look about 2 yrs old instead of new) Blackhawk must be a discount generic brand.But anyway . The real issue was i had another appt this morning at 8:00 am to have tie-rod bushing fixed..close to another $1K job... well I arrived at 7:55 and got up to the door and was locked. So as i stood on the sidewalk in cold and drizzling rain, 3 employees was looking at me thru the window paying me no mind as they played on their phone and scratched themselves. They never opened the door for me so i left and wont be back.They probably will say its their policy to keep door locked til opening but I work at a shop also and would never leave a good paying customer standing on the sidewalk as i stared at my phone. Get it together boys and girls(Typical response from the owner that is given to every review. Blah Blah Blah. I am a Barber in the same area of your shop and have 100's of customers...you just won a ton of free advertizing buddy)

The people here are wonderful. We are from out of town and the service was quick and friendly. We had a rental car with a screw in the tire and we are so pleased with the humor and fast service. 100% recommend!!
