I had a great experience! I needed a new tire and an oil change, and I was happy with the price and the service.I only dealt with Akeem, but he was terrific, and I imagine he is a leading cause for repeat business.

200$ for a alignment

I have been to this store twice to have a flat tire fixed. Neither time did they fix the flat, but rather sold me a new tire. The first time they claimed the tire was too old. Possibly true. The second time they said they would not fix it because I used a can of fix a flat so I could get to the store. They could have fixed that one, but it was late in the day and I didn't have time to go elsewhere, so I got a new tire again. When they put on the tire, they broke the tire pressure sensor. I came back and demanded that they replace it. I was told they had to get approval from higher ups after they reviewed the video. I was told to would take one ore two business days for them to do that, They took my number and said they would get back to me. After three days and no call, I called them and was told that they lost my phone number so they couldn't call me back. The then said that although they did nothing wrong, they would replace the sensor at no cost to me. (The sensor was working when I took the car in and showed 8 pounds of pressure in the tire they replaced. After it was replaced the sensor didn't work at all. I don't see how they could say it was not their fault.)The reason I gave them a 2 instead of a 1 was because they agreed to replace the sensor at no cost. The sensor they put in was an after market sensor that did not work on my car. They tried and failed to program it and said I needed to take it back to the dealership to have them program it. When I took it to the dealer, I was advised that the sensor they put it would not work and they had to replace it and program the new one which they did.Needless to say this episode wasted a considerable amount of my time and money. I originally went to this store because of the high numbers of positive reviews. I won't make that mistake again and hope this review prevents others from repeating my experience.

From the beginning to the end I was extremely satisfied by not only the service but also the professionalism that I experienced. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Efren who absolutely made my experience worth it. Ill be recommending this location to friends/family.
