Really easy to book an appointment. Great customer service experience. Victor actually did me a solid and was very helpful during check in. Funny story, I actually booked at another location and he took me anyway even with other appointments already here. Always ask for victor when coming to mavis, he takes care of you and provides excellent customer service.

Excellent experience with this location first time using this company. The service representative came out to me as I was walking in. He was very polite and inquired what services I needed. I had a flat tire. He immediately started taking care of information and looked at the damaged tire.Honestly I was expecting to be told that cant be fixed and I need to buy new tires. On the contrary he told me it can be fixed and only $40. The technician showed me my engine filter that was very dirty I had never changed it. $30 more very reasonable so I did it as I did not feel like trying to do it myself.Took just about an hour which was probably the shortest I ever had to wait at a mechanic shop. All in all excellent service and good honest pricing. Hopefully the standards are maintained so we dont lose this excellent shop in our area.
