I highly recommend Mavis Tires on 7444 Narcoosie Rd. I walked in with a situation and right away Phillip and the Manager Ray genuinely stepped in to help me find the best tires at the Best price. They both went above and beyond to help me. They quickly installed my tires and I left relieved and super happy.

As my mom and I were passing through to get to the beach, we had a notification appear on the car saying check tires. Panicked, but so lucky we found this place. Dazzlyn was so warm and welcoming. We explained the situation to Dazzlyn. She then talked to Tokyo and Brian and within minutes they were checking on our tires. Toyko was the one working on the car and Brian mentioned potential issues and ways to solve it. Within 10 minutes, they filled up our tire and sent us on our way with no charge. They were all very sweet, knowledgeable, trusting, and quick. We can not thank them enough for today. Thank you Dazzlyn, Tokyo, and Brian for all of your help and kindness! It was so refreshing to have honesty and trusting customer service.

I went for wheel alignment yesterday. They said they fixed it and after driving few miles found that problem still exists. Car pulls from left to right lane in just 50 to 100 feet. Again I went today and they said they fixed it again. Still same problem exists. I asked them to send a mechanic with me and showed him the problem clearly while driving. Mechanic saw the problem and confirmed PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. I asked for a refund as problem reported is NOT fixed and lady at front desk told to call the corporate office for that. They are not even sorry and lady started typing something indirectly suggesting me to leave ! How rude that can be ? How can they rob my money without fixing the problem. Just to add she got the name on the invoice also wrong. She put someone else's name with my address even after reading from my driver's license. Pathetic experience ! Don't get yourself robbed and more than money customers deserve respect.
