Mavis Tires and Brakes in Orlando (Alafaya), FL

Was supposed to repair my brakes here, they said it was going to be over 1k. It felt more like fear mongering than anything. I got a second opinion at tires plus and it was cheaper and they did it in a faster time, and they fixed the problem.

Mavis tires and brakes is by far the best auto shop i go to. Theyre entire team, especially Evan has always been extremely helpful. Through many busted tires, brakes, and way long overdue oil changes mavis tires saves my ass everytime with their quick scheduling and walk in availability. As a 19 year old girl auto shops can be scary not knowing if im being scammed because im less knowledgeable. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of here. 1000% recommend mavis to anyone in the alafaya or even orlando in general area (worth the drive in my opinion). Thank you to you and your team you have definitely gained a loyal customer.

Evan is the best. He makes sure you're taken care of and explains everything. The young lady working with him was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I will return.

I had a front left tire patched up at this location. A gentlemen at the front desk were all very friendly and professional. Right to the point and honest. Recommend this place.

We are in Orlando for a vacation, had issues with the breaks on our truck..they at first told us they might not be able to get all the parts that same day. Of course I was already upset with the whole situation so that didnt help to hear that! They ended up pulling it together were super calm cool and collected and got us out of there the same day. Super thankful

Love everyone here, they get the work done and don't lead you astray! Evan helped me diagnose problems with a car I had just purchased from CarMax. He made sure I took it back to them to complete warranty work and gave me a list of work that needed to be done.
