Tire Kingdom Service Centers in Orlando (Alafaya Trl), FL

I called a few days before and scheduled my appointment over the phone and I was quoted $347 dollars and some change for three tires! I arrived at the Tire shop and I got a totally different quote for three tires and it was significantly higher! I explained to them what I was quoted and they assured me that they could help me yet the price kept getting higher and higher! In the end I found out I needed all four tires and I purchased a warranty, so I ended up paying $559! I was not happy. I was told that when they give quotes over the phone they do it from New York from a call center, and for that reason the taxes and labor is not quoted in the price! I don't understand that, and to me it makes no sense! I should have known I would pay more because $347 was too low but never did I expect to pay almost $600!!! I was also told I needed brakes, which I could tell wasn't true, but when they saw me take a picture of the rotor they changed their tune and said " Oh that's ok you don't need tires!" ??I feel like if you are going to tell someone that you are going to work with them then you should, or why even bother to say it! I still need a wheel alignment which would have been another hundred dollars, but I won't go back there and I wasn't going to pay them any more money than I already had!

I googled tire shops in my area and came across Tire Kingdom and liked what I read. I drove into the lot and as I was reversing into a spot, I looked up and someone was heading in my direction. He asked me what brought me in and after my long explanation, he asked me to follow him inside so that they can get things started. He registered me in the computer as my car was being driven into the pit. I wasn't seated long before I was called to look at the area in my tire that needed repair and also other things that were also noted during the inspection that also needed to be repaired. Once everything was explained, I told them to proceed with the tire repair. Moments later, I was on my way and felt more confident knowing that my tire was fixed and I was road ready again. I thanked the guys for their great customer service and ensured that I would leave a review and give my verbal recommendations to my family.

I overly loved my visit today. Mr. Scott was very up front with my wait time and he was very flexible with helping me when the pricing was a little bit different than my quote. I couldnt have asked for better service ??
