Mavis Tires and Brakes in Orlando (Daryl Carter), FL

This mavis location will always have my trust ! I went to a mavis in Kissimmee with a check engine light issues and paid $881 plus my $192 oil change so almost $1000 in one day. My engine light kept coming on after the Kissimmee location supposedly fixed it. They kept telling me its just a code and needed to be manually reset, or come back another day. I was a walk in at the Orlando location and all the mechanics and managers helped me right on the spot and identified the problem. I couldnt be anymore happier with their service!!! These guys are the best and I will continue coming to the Orlando location.

The team at Daryl Carter store, particularly Tooly, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and provided great service. I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family for any future needs!

This location has such honest and kind people working there... It is one of the few places I feel comfortable leaving my car :)

I may have posted a review before about this establishment but feel compelled to recognize the how great of a car repair this particular Mavis is. I had an issue where I was unable to start my car and was in town and had to call triple AAA. It figured I had a bad battery which as it turned out it had 10% life left on it. The tech guy got it started and said you will be able to drive home 15 miles away but when you get to your destination dont turn it off because you wont be able to start it again. I therefore drove it directly to Mavis at O-Town West, close to where I live. I asked to talk with Tooly the manager who Im familiar with being there 3 times before. This man is a down to earth, professional caring person wants to help his customers. On this visit he said they would go over the car battery and check the alternator and such. In the meantime I called the dealer from where I purchased the car which is now 4 1/2 years ago. I had purchased a bumper to bumper extended warrant for 5 yrs or 1000, 000 miles. Luckily Dec 2025 is my 5 years and I was currently at 74, 000 miles. To my fortune it covered $985.00 of a $1285.00 job. The warranty company asked me to have the shop call them to verify the repair. I called Tooly and asked if he could have someone call this company. I did let him know that I had waited on the phone for 15 minutes until I got to talk with someone. He told me sure he would call them which is very nice but I dont think many auto repair stores would waste their time like this. Tooly also took the initiative to get money back-$60. for me on the battery which was under 1 year old, and got me an additional $35. Discount. My out of pocket cost was $300. which included my $50. Deductible for the warranty and the balance of the bill.In Any event I profusely thanked Tooley for being so helpful and kind. In my experience in dealing with any auto repair company whether it is a dealer on auto repair place you dont get this type of humanity. Most of the time I dont think the shop cares a whole lot. More like its your problem, do you want us to to fix it or notI do highly recommend this location and certainly ask for Tooly, he cares about people and will go above and beyond to help you.By the way they had my car fixed and ready for pick up before they closed at 6pm. I had dropped my car off at 4:45

I recently had an outstanding experience at this Mavis location when I took my wife's vehicle in for an oil change. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Tooly, the manager, was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we felt valued as customers. The assistant managers, Angelo and Raymond, were also fantastic, providing clear communication throughout the process.Ryan, the technician, did a great job with the oil change, and I could tell he was knowledgeable and skilled. The entire team worked efficiently, and we left feeling confident in the work done. I highly recommend this tire shop for anyone in need of automotive services. Thank you for the amazing service!

So this is my second time here first time great service friendly staff. Second time here same process just oil change however been sitting here for about an hour appointment at 12:00 its 1:22 right now and my car still hasnt been moved till the garage. I understand if people have to go on lunch or other stuff but no one communicated it with me at all I had to get up and ask them myself. Kinda hope I can edit this review and change it to make it better. Just need to work on communication and customer service.

My car's tire pressure monitoring system notified me that the tire pressure of my right rear tire was low. I checked the tire and found a nail in the tire tread. I searched the internet and found that Mavis Tires & Brakes was close to my location and had good reviews. I drove to their location and although they were quite busy, I was waited on promptly and told that they could work my repair in fairly quickly. It was lunch time, so I asked if I could go to lunch while they worked on my car and told yes. As I was finishing my lunch, they called me and told me my car was ready. I walked back across the street and picked up my car. The service manager was cheerful and professional, and I appreciated that he prioritized my tire repair so that I could be on my way. The have a very clean and comfortable looking waiting area where customers can wait while their cars are being worked on.

Tooly took care of me, had to get a new tire because of a flat and I was in and out at a reasonable price.

My experience was top notch. Keep up the good work.
