11/2024:Yet another visit here and the team always takes such good care of my needs. Great team here! Only place I will go in the area.1/21/24:I visited the car care center today. I called Steve in regards to a nail in my tire. He had me come right in and Kobe was able to assist me very quickly. As always, I am very satisfied with the great service they provide here.Older Review:I want to extend my sincere thank you to the Disney Car Care Center for helping me with my air conditioning issues. For 9 months, Ive been dealing with other local locations (which I wont name) that have pushed me around. I was able to bring my car to the Car Care Center, they listened to my concerns, took a look at my past work done, and said they would figure out the issue. They kept great communication on what was the cause, cost, etc. and were able to not only figure it out, but truly fix it. Its been over a month and I havent had any issues - I couldnt say that over the last 9 months at two other places. Don't even waste your time going somewhere else, go right to Car Care Center - they will take good care of you.4/2/25:Jean and Steve helped me out big time with fixing my TPMS leak. Ive been having issues with low tire pressure and they did a thorough check to make sure all is safe and found a leak. Thank you Jean and Steve and Car Care Center for always fixing all my needs and making sure I leave safe. Always satisfied coming to this location. The ONLY Mavis location I go to in the area!

Excellent service, even if overpriced. If you're put off by the 1 star reviews, give mine a read.Ok, so I'm on a trip with my family to the most magical place on earth and my car broke down on a Saturday afternoon. They had it fixed in under 24 hours.I knew what was wrong with my car before I brought it in after they diagnosed it and told me what was wrong, they didn't try and BS me and force in unnecessary work. I was recommended a couple additional services that I should get, that my own mechanic has been telling me I need to get done for a while now and even told me I could put off one of them for quite a while still. The service manager and assistant were really nice and went above and beyond to help me out while stranded on a weekend.Labor was charged at $150/hr and parts were marked up about 200-250% above AutoZone pricing. All done, I paid a few hundred more than I would have at my local mechanic back home, but felt it was worth it vs towing it to an unknown mechanic elsewhere in Orlando or spending twice their mark up to tow it back home and ruin my weekend. Having it fixed so quickly, and over a weekend too was well worth the premium repair price to me.

They were so helpful and nice! Had our car fixed in 20 minutes a new record :) 10/10 recommend!!!! Angels on earth

Got a flat tire the night before Disney trip. No other tire repair center was open, so I was glad to see this location was open. Got me in as a walk in. Patched my tire up within 20 mins. Awesome place!

Colby and his team were amazing! They were quick and efficient and service was wonderful. Will definitely be back for all my car care needs

Stopped at Disney Car Care Center because my rental car tire pressures were all low. Asked if they could assist and they told me to pull right in. I was on the road within 5 minutes. Colby MacNeill was professional and courteous.

First we want to say thar the employees are top notch great customer service! It is the business with which my complaint. Expect to pay a premium for parts. We needed a minor repair on our car before our 1000 mile drive home. The parts were marked up about 250% over the cost of the dealership and the invoice listed parts from Autozone. As my husband said, we really don't have much of a choice, none of the dealers could get us in on the Saturday we needed to go home. Again we don't fault the employees, they were great!
