I had a really bad experience with these people. My car is a 2023 Toyota Camry with 40K miles. I just went for a tire alignment and oil change. They spent around 2 hours to do so and then they called me to tell me I needed new brakes and that my suspension was faulty (mind you, this is a new car!) and they gave me a quote for almost 3K to repair the vehicle. When I left the establishment, I noticed my car was really shaky and that was more noticeable on the highway. So, I decided to go to a small business car shop and they inspected the car and mentioned that my car was terribly aligned and that my brakes were not worn like the Mavis experts told me nor my suspension!! Please be aware when coming here especially if youre a woman, theyll take advantage of you.PS: The small business I went to fixed what Mavis did to my car.
