Very Long ReviewIve had the absolute best service going to this Tire Kingdom location. My first visit I showed up only because my closest Tire Kingdom didnt have enough tires for me or available space to service me. Im so glad I did! I prefer this location so much so that I came back for a second visit even though I live 30 minutes away. My first visit Bryant, Mike, and another team member were sure to keep me updated on anything they found going on with the car throughout the entire tire change process. They also gave me helpful recommendations for my car for my next visit. They were all very kind and even when I thought something was off about the car after servicing, they entertained my concerns respectfully and made sure I felt good enough about the car before leaving by test driving it with me. It turned out to be nothing.My second visit was just as pleasant as the first. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was checked in quickly and granted my request of having Bryant work on my car again. Both desk attendants (forgot to get their names, Im sorry) were friendly. Even though he had to do the work alone, Bryant made sure to complete it in a timely manner. I felt confident my car was in good hands. My favorite thing about this location is that I never felt like they were trying to push services on me I didnt need, overcharge me, or make me feel incompetent in any way. They go the extra mile, even when they easily could not. I always appreciate the checkups on the car so I know what I should be looking out for in the future. When leaving I noticed a beeping on my car while driving. The desk attendant made sure to check it out for me immediately and test drive it with me as well. So I once again felt at ease and safe leaving the lot. It turned out to be nothing as well.The entire team provides excellent customer service. Im grateful theyre attentive to the needs of my car and myself as a customer. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great shop to get work done on your car. I look forward to my next visit:)
