I agree with the other reviews. I had a great experience with NTB with two different cars in the same week. Both cars had slow leaks. They patched one of the cars in a reasonable time. The other car needed two new tires, and I used NTB instead of the dealership, which is right next door. Courey and Ali will make sure your satisfied.

Needed a new tire, quick and easy service. Will come back and a year later i am back again for tires and its quick and easy

Since having my brakes replaced, I have experienced ongoing issues, including a loud vibrating or rubbing noise, which is got worse than before the service.I initially brought my car back two weeks after the brake work due to these concerns, yet the issue persisted. After a third visit, I was charged $1,200 for additional repairs, including a new front axle and controler armson top of the original $616 brake service. Despite these costly repairs, I am still experiencing the same loud noise, particularly when the brakes heat up.At this point, I am extremely frustrated, as I have now visited your shop three times within a month, spent over $1,800, and the problem remains unresolved. The website won't allow me to send a complaint to have this finally fixed. I will not be returning to that particular store and possibly no NTB again. This was the worst experience I've had in the past ten years. I wanted to leave the five star but that wouldn't be an honest reivew!

Very quick to help and very friendly staff. Especially, I liked how Ali was able to clearly explained me all the fees.

I wanted to say that Corey and Ali in the front desk area were VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They really went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle repair needs. As I waited in the waiting room area, I observed just how dynamic they were at their jobs. Great customer service skills, top notch! Getting clients in and out in timely fashion, answering complex questions. Also, I wanted to highlight how their "master" mechanic Shamour did an excellent job examining and fixing my car repair. He is very detailed in his work. I will definitely be back!
