Visiting from out of town when I picked up a screw in one of my tires. From the beginning phone call with Sarah, to bringing my vehicle in immediately, through the tire repair, I experienced nothing but professionalism, friendliness and competent service. Highly recommend, even with questions on not only tires, but maintenance on your vehicles!

How do you miss this!?I am beyond aggravated, I brought my truck here twice with needing my front end suspension checked out(pulling to the left) I got the rotation and allighment performed. I came back letting them know I work far away I bought the truck last year from yeomans and they blew my truck up,and couldnt get it straight down the rd etc. I simply didn't trust them working on it,and I need to be back in mavis the following Saturday something isn't right(to correct whatever they did, and further inspect my truck, that It was way worse. I explained to them I feel like it's going to flip and strut feels loose, they said bring it in. I went in 2nd time they found nothing after a thorough front end inspection. I immediately brought it to cruising gold rim shop on 192 melbourne and within 20 mins they called me and sent video of a couple bolts loose in hub, and upper and lower strut bolts loose??.(i have video leaving mavis after work performed) When speaking to the front desk to young women about my worries I don't feel I'm being takin seriously! I want my refund!I would go in person but it's hard to speak to people that don't care, I want people to pay attention to what they are doing when working on a family man's truck!! (Gavin) excuse me if spelt wrong, was the only one decent, but my truck wasn't fixed so, idk how to feel. I will share video once I figure it out..
