Tire Kingdom Service Centers in Palm Coast (1050 Palm Coast Pkwy), FL

I brought my 2016 F-150 in for a brake check and tire rotation. The man asked if I would like to stay for my quote and I told him no I know you are going to have to do my brakes. The squeakers were going off which warns you its time for a brake change. He said he would call me with my quote. I dropped my truck off at 8:50am to my 9am appointment. Heard nothing so I called at 11am. Gentleman stated he was just about to call me. My calibers were sticking, needed new brake pads, rotors and calibers. It was going to be over a grand. Also my tyrods and struts were going bad and needed to be replaced. Also my tires were shredding in the front on the outside which was weird. But needed new tires too. Told the gentleman couldnt do it today. Just do the rotors and brake pads for now. He stated they would take care of it and call me when it was done. Heard nothing. Called the shop once again at 4:30pm for an update. Same gentleman stated should be done by 5ish. Got there at 5:30pm to pay $380 and some change. He continued to stress the struts and the tires shredding with still 80% tread. Drove my truck home. They did not rotate my tires.. Called and no answer. Gentleman called back after hours 10 minutes later. Told him the issue. Stated they did not rotate my tires. He asked how I knew I said because my front rims and tires were dusted with brake dust. They are still in the front. He said Im sorry bring it by tomorrow we will take care of it. I stated I worked all day so I would drop it off early and put the key in the drop box. Next day did not receive a call until 5:30pm stating he knew why they couldnt rotate the tires because they could not brake the lug nuts loose. I asked how they changed the rotors and brakes he stated I guess it must have just been the rears. (Mind you my lug nuts are 2 parts..(cover and nut)). So I stated how did you check my brakes in the rear if you couldnt get the tires off. He stated I dont know, my manager said he would send you a video of not being able to get them off. We are going to give you a free oil change. So you mean to tell me you stated all of these things wrong with my truck but failed to tell me you couldnt get my rear tires off to check the brakes which was the reason for the appointment. When I checked my lug nuts natural the covers were loose some were to tight to get off (front and rear), a couple were so warped from them being stripped out I have to order all new lug nuts. So why the hell would I trust you to change my oil??? Worst experience Ive ever had!!

Love the place! They always take care of all my problems plus some! They go the extra mile!! I always leave with a smile on my face! The new tec JR is very nice and helpful me with all my needs and I left 100$ happy!

2pm appointment, sit in the waiting area one hr., ask how much longer., they will pull you in next, stood there while they pulled two other vehicles in. Said to he'll with it, ask for my keys a d left to never return

My Tesla was running low on one of the tires. Pulled in to see if any visible nails, etc. just bought the tire 6 months prior. Anthony was working on another car and came out to assist me. His professionalism was refreshing. Checked my tires and filled with air. This place is great and will be back for future tire needs.

Made a reservation two days in advance for oil changes for two vehicles for 9 am, at 10 am both vehicles still sitting with no oil change being carried out. "Sorry" is the reply while we waited over an hour. Typical five star Google reviews for a sub standard outlet in Palm Coast. If you don't want to do reservations for oil changes notify in advance !There it is the " automated response " as usual. You could have phoned me ,you have my information but the same response as your outlet nothing.
