The best place I have been to. The manager is excellent Im giving him five stars. They do excellent work and my car feels brand new. Very honest people. They charge half of what my regular mechanic charges. ??

I posted a positive review yesterday after replacing my front-driver side tire. However, everything went downhill from there. The tire pressure light went on shortly after I left the facility yesterday. I immediately brought the car back and the mechanic told me that it just needed to be reset. This morning it went off again. I brought the car back again and waited for nearly 2 hours (after asking for an update two times) only to be told that the valve was dysfunctional. Why wasnt this told to me yesterday? And why was there a faulty valve on a brand new tire? This is not the first time I had to return to this Mavis location after not being given accurate information in the first place. My time is also valuable. I dont like to give bad reviews, but I left the shop upset today.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. Able to answer any questions and accommodate customers whenever they can. I'd definitely recommend.

I had an outstanding experience at Mavis today. I want everyone to know that I have had the pleasure of doing business with Mavis in several different locations and while I know every place is different I have to tell you all this has been the best experience I have had since relocating back to NY. Prior to this I did business with a Mavis in SC for over 12 years.The mechanics working there from the customer service desk to the bays are courteous, friendly, attentive, respectful, and they do their jobs in a timely manner. That tells me that thier boss is a great teacher.I happened to be in the area doing other business and Google them. When I arrived the first gentleman acknowledged me and the second gentleman with the glasses asked what I needed done and I just wanted to know if they had any time to do an alignment. He said yes and I was in heaven. My car was taken care of in record time and they were definitely busy.When the car was ready the third gentleman who gave me everyone's name....lol...took care of me quickly with a great coversation and a smile. You guys are absolutely amazing. I encourage everyone to stop by the location I promise you will be completely satisfied. To Richie, Christian, Malik, and Cecil thank you I will be back soon.

Very courteous and personal and professional. Came in to get tire replacements. All worked done to my satisfaction. Will definitely recommend to friends in need of similar services.
