Went in to have my brakes inspected and was greeted by brad.he was super friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable while I waited.will definitely be taking my business back to tire kingdom.thanks for awesome customer service brad!

I had a great experience coming to Tire Kingdom for a tire rotation. It was Sam's club auto center that sent me to them because they didn't have the pucks to lift up my Tesla Model Y(EVs are heavy). Tire Kingdom did of course and quickly took care of it. Customer service friendly and efficient. No complaints!

Mngr Brad made sure i was taken care of with a new tire and valve stem for another so i could get back on the road last min.

Driving through Pensacola (on vacation) and found ourselves with a flat tire. Jon and team were quickly able to help us identify the problem and get our spare on in 10 minutes! Plus there were tablets to entertain the toddlers in the lobby while we popped in. Cant recommend this place enough!! Thank you!

place sucks over priced tires 175$ for a tire is crazy

Following a previous visit a few months ago for an oil change and rotate and balance, we experienced severe shaking of our vehicle at highway speeds. The mechanic that had serviced it had incorrectly balanced the wheels. Previous times weve used this shop weve had good experiences, so we believed the incident was likely a one-off and decided to return last week to have both of our vehicles serviced.After returning home we noticed that one of the lug nut caps was missing from our truck however, both of the retaining bolts for the cap were installed in the wheel. We called the store to ask about it and they said they would call back. A day went by and we hadnt heard anything, so when we happened to be in the area we stopped by.We discussed with one of the service writers what we had seen. He responded that the cap likely fell off while we were driving. We told him that the cap wasnt damaged and installed when we brought it in, and the mechanic made no mention of it being damaged. Additionally, there were no broken pieces behind the bolts indicating it had been installed and then broke off. He told us that was a good point and that they would keep an eye out for it in the shop. Thats the last weve heard.Just in the last two visits we have spent $1300 in services and have experienced issues each time. This compounded by the lack of care and concern in this instance by the staff was frustrating to say the least.This will likely be our last time using this business.

Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Completed my oil change within a reasonable time and have a very nice seating area.

Brad and the crew did a fantastic job saving my car with what could have been an expensive issue. They had no issue righting another stores wrong doing! Would highly recommend going to Brad and his crew for any car questions and help!
