Mavis Tires and Brakes in Evans, GA

Its very unfortunate that I have to write this review for this location, Ive been in Georgia for 6 years now, and I have been taking my car to this location ever since. (TBS) I was hesitant about taking my car here since I needed new tires and brakes, I made an appointment for 11 am, I arrive 10:30 am and my car did not get moved till 11:35am. They called me to the back to show me my brakes still had life to them however upon inspection I needed a new wheel bearing, they told me they dont do that at that location, I said ok and I confirmed to replace my brake pads, after a while of waiting I asked the gentleman if my car was almost ready, he told me that the brakes were on the way since he did not have them at the shop. I said OKAY! Went back and sat down, after maybe 40 min I got up and asked again he then proceeds to tell me he has a problem, the brakes they sent are not the right ones, I honestly should have liked for him to tell me when ever he figured out that they were the wrong ones so I could of rescheduled and left, my brakes did not get replaced I left the shop at 3:15 pm with only new tires, he apologized and thank me for being patient. As I was driving my car was making a loud squeaking noises have no clue what happened, was not going back, next day I make my way to mavis in Grovetown and in no time they replaced my brakes. I will not be coming back here. Wish the guy would have had an open communication with the me. I do appreciate him trying to figure it out and solve the problem, but honestly at that point it should have been my decision to make.

We had to get a new tire and Russel was great! He was able to get us in and out relatively fast and we really appreciated that!

Preston did my breaks in a timely manner, he was not only professional but quick and efficient with his work, you can definitely tell he is passionate about what he does I highly recommend seeing him next time youre here if you want the job done right. I will be coming back again.

I have been taking my vehicle here just shy of a year now. I have had most of the mechanical parts of my car replaced by the mechanics in this store. If there was ever a hiccup with the work they were doing, I was contacted by the managers and given all the information needed to make the best informed choices. I highly recommend this store, its managers, and its technicians. Thank you Mavis for quality work and even better customer service!

Came in this morning needing a tire repair, Matt and Russell were beyond excellent and extremely efficient with their job. They definitely saved our day and their customer service was off the charts! They even made sure to wrap our spare tire to ensure that our luggage remained tidy! Would definitely recommend them for your car service needs.

My husband and I went to their shop to have four new tires installed on my Honda CR-V! Travis assisted us throughout the process, thoroughly explaining our options and even showing us their tire storage area. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with! The entire process, including tire alignment and balancing, took about two hours. The shop is clean, and the staff is very welcoming!
