WORST PLACE EVER. I went there to change front tires and to do wheel alignment. I pick up the car when it was done and I noticed the wheel alignment was not done correctly. A few days after I notice, one of the tires was slowly leaking air. I go back and ask them to check both the alignment and the tire that was leaking. They check the car again and they call to show me the condition of the car. They tell me I need to change all the shocks, front and rear, otherwise they could not perform the alignment because the suspension is bad. Then, why did you do the alignment at first since the suspension was not good, or just to take the money?? Manager told me I have to perform a lot of other services so I can have the wheel alignment fixed, ending up with more than 2000$ services, when I just went there for tire change.About the flat tire they told me I need to change the valve, because it was the valve that air was leaking from. I agree and pay for the valve replacement. A few days after the tire starts leaking air again. When I get back there, they told me I have to buy a new tire, because is now damaged as I drove the car with flat tire( which I didnt), otherwise they wouldnt fix the valve that THEY REPLACED AND IT WAS STILL NOT WORKING.I take the car to another shop, and when he takes the tire off, he finds a screw inside the tire which was left there when replacing the old valve. And also they damaged the rim when replacing the valve. I go back for the fourth time to tell the manager the work that they had done, and all he did was being rude all the time, and his answers were:- HOW CAN I KNOW YOU DIDNT PUT THE SCREW INSIDE? or- YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIRES AND VALVES WE DO IN A DAY?That was all he was responding to me. I also recorded him the last time I went, I knew he was going to be rude and not take responsibility, so whoever the owner is, if he really wants to fix his shop, he can contact and I can send him the recording.
