I came in for what I thought I neededan alignment..but after speaking with Myeshia, I only needed a tire balance! Myeshia was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful if knowing what was needed! Thank you so very much for your knowledge and honesty! You are truly a blessing! Thomas was also so very helpful and did a fantastic job!

When it comes to service Myeshia and Dee Dee are the faces of customer service. Both ladies greated me with a warm welcome. They were knowledgeable about their products and helpful in choosing the right set of tires for my truck as well as changing the oil on my wife's car. Josh was the one who change the tires. Excellent job Josh!!! All around a great experience.

Terrible place. 3 hours and 20 minutes to change two tires and get an alignment. Honestly, I won't go back. The staff at the desk was very attentive, but they're definitely understaffed. They take a long time.

Stellar customer service from Myeshia evrytime I have visited this location and I think she is the manager. She recognized me from visiting a couple other times about my new tire that I was having an issue with. I was there to try to top it off with air, and she asked was I still having issues with that tire, and asked when I got off work, and to bring my vehicle back. She said they will probably need to replace the tire valve. Called her before I left work to ensure she was still okay with me running by, and she told me to come on by. She had Josh the mechanic take a look and it was exactly what she said might have been the problem, and Josh replaced the tire valve, and even showed me where it had a slow leak around the valve stem. Overall, just a great experience, and Myeshia has always been so friendly when I have seen her, and she keeps the waiting room very clean. Anytime I have been there she or someone else is cleaning, while also taking care of the cars and clients coming in. I appreciated them both very much for taking caring of the cause of my new tire not holding air. Josh even tried to replace the valve that was close to the color of my other valves, which was super nice too. I asked if I could look up under my car quickly just to inspect a newly installed right axle and CV boots. All was as it should be, and Josh even took a look at my other one just to ensure it was not on its way out, and he said all looked good on the left. Not even required or expected from him, as he did not perform the right axle replacement, I just was hoping to have the opportunity to have a good look while my car was elevated safely. Again, thanks to them both. I will of course be back!

The manager Miss Myeshia and Miss DeeDee were very helpful and nice throughout the entire process of getting a new set of tires. Watching the techs they were very productive. All around great experience and will use in the future for all my car needs.
